About the program
The Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarships and Leadership Programme cultivates the leaders of tomorrow by providing an opportunity for outstanding university graduates and professionals mainly from developing and emerging economies, but also those who would not otherwise be able to support themselves, to pursue fully-funded graduate studies at the University of Oxford alongside a comprehensive programme of leadership development, long-term mentoring and networking.
Eligibility criteria
- Must have a new offer (not deferred) for a 1‑year master’s at Oxford (DPhil/PhD not eligible)
- Have academic excellence (bachelor’s degree: approx GPA 3.5+)
- Demonstrate leadership potential and a clear plan to contribute to public life or development in your home country
- Intend to return home post-study
- Meet English language proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL) and any course-specific requirements
