About the program
The Asia Research Institute Fellowships 2026 at the National University of Singapore (NUS) offer outstanding scholars in humanities and social sciences the chance to conduct advanced research on Asia. Eligibility criteria
- Open to international applicants worldwide
- Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are also encouraged to apply
- Hold a PhD from a reputable university in the humanities or social sciences.
- Have at least 2 years of postdoctoral research experience.
- Possess a well-established publication record and international scholarly visibility.
- Submit a clear research and publication plan that extends beyond doctoral work.
- Must indicate the relevant ARI research cluster(s) in the application (maximum of 2 clusters).
