About the program

The International South China Sea Conference by the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam is a leading forum on maritime security. Its Young Leaders Programme empowers youth to engage in South China Sea issues through discussions, research presentations, and exchanges with experts, fostering bold ideas, connections, and intergenerational dialogue for a peaceful and cooperative regional future.

Eligibility criteria 

• People aged between 20 and 35 (at the start of the programme)
• Candidates must be able to use English fluently
• Background knowledge in political science, international relations, international law, and other social sciences.
• A total of eight Young Leaders will be chosen from the candidates to attend the Conference

How to apply
