About the program
The NIE PhD Scholarship is offered by the National Institute of Education (NIE), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. It supports outstanding students, both Singaporean and international, who wish to pursue full-time doctoral studies in the field of education or related disciplines at NIE. The scholarship is highly competitive and is part of NIE’s effort to develop a strong research culture and academic leadership in education.
Eligibility criteria
- Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree with honours and a Master’s degree, or
- Bachelor’s with Honours plus strong research capacity
- Full-time PhD enrolment at NIE required
- Have a good English proficiency
