About Marshall School 

Marshall School is a private independent college preparatory school in Duluth, Minnesota, educating students in kindergarten through 12th grade. In addition to serving learners from throughout the region, we offer a complete international boarding program for students from around the world. Marshall is accredited by the Independent School Association of the Central States (ISACS), with memberships in the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), the Minnesota Association of Independent Schools (MAIS), the National Association of College Admission Counseling (NACAC), the Association of College Counselors in Independent Schools (AACIS), and the Global Online Academy. Marshall is also part of the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) for athletics, and is renowned for our college preparatory and Forest School programs. Marshall School is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization overseen and governed by a Board of Trustees.
