• Nationality and Health: Be a citizen of a country other than China and in good physical and mental health.
• Education and Age:

1. Master’s programs: Hold a bachelor’s degree and be under 35 years old.
2. Doctoral programs: Hold a master’s degree and be under 40 years old.
