About the program
The ASEAN-JAPAN Program, launched in 2016, aims to develop global human resources who can work in Japanese companies. Students will receive scholarships for up to five years. This is an original scholarship program of Asia University, which boasts of having accepted more than 100 international students from seven ASEAN countries to date.
Eligibility criteria
- Current senior high school student who intends to graduate by March 2026, OR
- Have already graduated from high school between October 4, 2024, and October 3, 2025
- Finished or expected to finish the 12 years of education method in their country
- Hold N4 or N3 of the JLPT
- Passed the AU’s regular entrance exam
- Marked good records in high school
- Applicants must be healthy both in physically and mentally
- Students must apply and receive the Student Visa before they arrive in Japan
