WEduShare Mobile App Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Introduction
WEduShare Mobile App is the first Cambodian Online platform offering educational content to all Cambodians and around the world. WEduShare is on the streaming platform.
“Terms” govern your use of WEduShare Mobile App and any other assets, including but not limited to photographic or other audio-visual materials, logos, or other distinctive feature owned by WEduShare co., ltd. “WEduShare Asset”, made available via WEduShare Mobile App, and “You” agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Changes to the Agreements
WEduShare Mobile App reserves right to change the Terms from time to time based on the situation and trends of related elements of that time.
3. Copyright
Copyright to image, video, or any other content; is owned by the right holder as per Contract Agreement between WEduShare and its Partners.
4. WEduShare Mobile App Content Quality
The quality of the display of WEduShare Mobile App is Full HD 1080 but it may very from device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through and/or speed of your internet connection.
5. Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
While using Our Application, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
- Email address
- First name and last name
- Phone number
- Education Level and Institution
6. Requesting Account Deletion
User Initiated: Users can request to delete their accounts by following the steps outlined in the app's user interface, typically found in the profile or settings section.
App-Initiated: In certain circumstances, such as repeated violations of the app's terms of service or for legal reasons, the app may initiate the deletion of an account.
6.1. Deletion Process
Confirmation: Upon a deletion request, the app will prompt the user to confirm their decision.
Temporary Suspension: To provide a grace period for users to reconsider, the account may be temporarily suspended or restricted during the deletion process.
Data Removal: Once confirmed, the app will initiate the process of removing the user's personal data from its systems. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Personal information (name, email, contact details)
- Activity logs and usage data
6.2. Reversal of Deletion
Grace Period: Users may be able to reverse the deletion process within a specified time frame (e.g., 30 days) by logging back into their account.
7. Governing Law
Their Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed by the law of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
