About this Program
Call for applications for the Young Public Diplomacy Summit Istanbul Turkiye 2024. This youth summit brings together young, bright minds and emerging leaders for more than just an event; it’s a journey into diplomacy, peacebuilding, strategic communication, youth engagement, and partnerships. The YPDS 2024 will occur in Istanbul, Turkiye from 5-8 September 2024. This event does not require IELTS, TOEFL, or any other language test.
The Young Public Diplomacy Summit (YPDS) in Istanbul is a dynamic event for aspiring diplomats to learn about public diplomacy. Participants will engage in various modules covering contemporary diplomacy practices, the importance of indigenous cultures, and the role of cultural attachés. They will also explore how art can fight disinformation, draw inspiration from Rumi and Yunus Emre, and use literature and storytelling in diplomacy.

Eligibility Criteria of the Young Public Diplomacy Summit in Istanbul
- Age between 16 – 40 years.
- Applicants from all over the world can apply.
- Artists, policymakers, creative directors, young activists, change-makers, students, and professionals in related fields are welcome to apply.
- Candidates should have a strong interest in diplomacy, peacebuilding, or related fields.
- Applicants should demonstrate a genuine commitment to intercultural understanding and collaboration.
- Pay the application fee.
