About the program
The Young Public Diplomacy Summit Doha Qatar is a dynamic event for aspiring diplomats to learn about public diplomacy. Participants will engage in various modules covering contemporary diplomacy practices, the importance of indigenous cultures, and the role of cultural attachés. They will also explore how art can fight disinformation, draw inspiration from Rumi and Yunus Emre, and use literature and storytelling in diplomacy.
The Young Cultural Diplomacy Forum (YCDF) by the CSCD is a platform to explore the evolving role of cultural diplomacy. Topics include AI’s impact, the role of Shakespeare, tourism’s effect on cultural exchange, and sports in diplomacy. Participants in this youth forum will gain insights into how culture fosters global cooperation and understanding.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age between 16 – 40 years.
- Applicants from all over the world can apply.
- Artists, policymakers, creative directors, young activists, change-makers, students, and professionals in related fields are welcome to apply.
- Candidates should have a strong interest in diplomacy, peacebuilding, or related fields.
- Applicants should demonstrate a genuine commitment to intercultural understanding and collaboration.
- Pay the application fee which is USD 18.
