About the program

The program is a research-focused PhD studentship at University College Cork. The project aims to improve the understanding of the association between hearing loss and cognitive decline, with a focus on an Irish population. The successful applicant will work with a multidisciplinary team.

Eligibility criteria

• Minimum of a 2.1 Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Audiology, Hearing Sciences, or a related field
• Strong interest in hearing research
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
