Doctoral Degree Level

1. Bachelor’s Degree Holder: GPA not less than 3.50 (based on the maximum of 4.00) or equivalent
2. Master’s Degree Holder: GPA not less than 3.50 (based on the maximum of 4.00) or equivalent
3. Research Plan
4. Certificate of English Language Proficiency dated within the last 2 years
5. Two recommendation letters 

Master’s Degree Level

1. Bachelor’s Degree Holder: GPA not less than 3.50 (based on the maximum of 4.00) or equivalent
2. An international or a regular graduate program while doing Master’s Thesis
3. Research outline for the program applied for.
4. Certificate of English Language Proficiency dated within the last 2 years
5. Two recommendation letters
