About the scholarship
IBS scholarship for international students is offered by IBS to outstanding international students who pursue bachelor’s degrees and master’s degrees at Beijing Foreign Studies University – International Business School programs.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship, the applicant must be:
- The minimum age is 16 and the maximum age is 65
- English fluency is required (can demonstrate a high level of English)
- Having an English certificate such as IELTS or TOEFL is an advantage
- Minimum education level: High School
Scholarship Benefits
- Bachelor students: 10% - 100% of the 1st year tuition fee
- Master Students: 10% - 100% of the 1st year tuition fee
Required Documents
- Application Form for IBS Scholarship
- Graduation certificate, degree or diploma must be original documents or certified copies either in English or Chinese
- Official transcripts of your academic achievement up to the present. (The transcripts must be original documents or certified copies in Chinese or English)
- Proof of Language proficiency:
- Bachelor: IELTS 6/ TOEFL IBT 79/ TOEIC 750
- Master: IELTS 6.5/ TOEFL IBT 88/ TOEIC 800 - Two recommendation letters from your referees. The referees should be professors or persons who can assesses you academically.
- A personal statement
- One photocopy of your valid passport
- Custody release form
- One photocopy of your Guardian’s passport
Application Deadline
- Spring Semester: 15 December of each year
- Fall semester: 15 June of each year
