About the program
This program gives the opportunity to foreign citizens to strengthen their academic formation
through culture and technology, creating and consolidating social fabrics that allow deepening
interactions between foreigners, national citizens, Higher Education Institutions, cooperating
partners, and other allies.
Eligibility
- Be a foreign citizen not older than 50 years of age
- Must have a professional, undergraduate or graduate degree in any field of knowledge
- Must have a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 4.0 out of 5.0 to apply for the scholarship
- Have good physical and mental health, certified by a general physician
