How Convenient Is It To Travel While Studying In Singapore?

Singapore is a small island country located at the edge of the Malay Peninsula, but that does not mean traveling between the nation and other countries especially Cambodia is an obstacle for Cambodian students. A, traveling within the country is very convenient.

From Cambodia to Singapore

Singapore is located in Southeast Asia and it takes less than 3 hours to fly from Phnom Penh to Changi Airport, Singapore. Normally, people can find a number of the route between 2 countries. Planes take off and land almost every day at the countries’ main airports. So, students and parents can expect to travel back and forth more easily.

Traveling within Singapore 

There are several affordable transportation options Cambodian students can choose in order to travel within the country. Buses are very popular and easy to find. Buses are run by the government and available to every destination within the country border. You can also take the bus to cross the Singapore-Malaysia border. Train or MRT is also a preferred option for those traveling around the center of Singapore due to speedy and high-tech facility trains that ensure safety and punctuality. In fact, you can travel with buses and MRT to almost every corner of Singapore. 

Still think it is not convenient enough?  

You can also take a Grab or metered taxi which is also available at midnight. However, bear in mind that these two options can be costly but you can also be peaceful in mind of your safety due to the country is well regulated and tracked by high technology.
