This Swiss culinary school is a member of the Swiss Education Group and offers undergraduate training. Founded in 1991, the academy typically has about 300 students enrolled across its two campuses in Lucerne and Le Bouveret. Bachelor’s and culinary students are based at the latter, while those specializing in chocolate and pastry are based in Lucerne.
Undergraduate students have the option of studying for a dual Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts in collaboration with the University of Derby in the UK. The program focuses on developing both kitchen skills and entrepreneurial acumen. With hands-on courses and small class sizes, students have the opportunity to develop their craft both inside and outside of the kitchen and the classroom. State-of-the-art kitchens also offer the ideal learning environment to hone their skills.
