The University was founded in 1897 and teaching began in April 1899 with 115 students enrolled in the first year. Victoria University of Wellington is New Zealand’s top-ranked university for the intensity of high-quality research (2018 Performance-Based Research Fund). As a capital city university, the University has strong links with government departments and agencies, international agencies, industries, regional and local government, iwi, and environmental organizations, as well as some of New Zealand’s major research institutes.

• The Award ranges from NZ$5,000 to $15,000. This funding package will prove a great help to all those students who are applying for an approved program at the university.

Please fulfill all the requirements given below before going to apply:

• Scholarship holder can be from any part of the world
• Scholarship holders must have an offer to study in Master of Fine Arts (Creative Practice) at the University of Wellington. 

How to Apply:

There is no separate application process for this application. You will be assessed when you apply for an approved course at Victoria University of Wellington by December 1, 2020.
